By creating an account or using Field of Frequency ("we," "us," "the platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.
You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Field of Frequency provides educational and exploratory content about frequency medicine, biohacking, and consciousness. Nothing here is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care. Consult a qualified provider before beginning any new practice — especially if you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, use a pacemaker, are pregnant, or take medication.
If you list items for sale, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and fulfill those listings. You set your price; we retain a 10% platform fee on each completed sale, and you receive 90% of your list price.
Payouts are made every two weeks, with each payout covering the prior two-week cycle's completed sales and a minimum balance of $25 required to trigger a transfer. Balances below the minimum roll over. You must keep your payout details current; we aren't liable for misdirected payments caused by outdated or incorrect deposit information you provided.
You're responsible for the accuracy of your listings, lawful fulfillment of digital or physical goods, and any taxes on your sales. We may remove listings that violate these Terms or our Site Rules.
All membership contributions made to Field of Frequency are final and non-refundable. By completing your contribution and activating your lifetime membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
No Refunds. All payments are voluntary contributions made in support of the Field of Frequency platform and community. Because lifetime membership access is granted immediately upon payment and your contribution directly funds platform operations, content development, and community resources, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, non-use of the platform, or dissatisfaction with content.
Nature of Lifetime Access. The term "lifetime membership" refers to the lifetime of the Field of Frequency platform, not the lifetime of the individual member or any specific person associated with the platform. Lifetime access is provided for as long as the platform remains operational.
Platform Continuity. Field of Frequency is an independently operated platform. While every effort will be made to maintain continuous operation, we cannot guarantee that the platform will remain available indefinitely. In the event that Field of Frequency ceases operations for any reason — including but not limited to the death, disability, or incapacitation of the platform operator, technical failure, financial insolvency, or any other unforeseen circumstance — no refunds or compensation will be owed to lifetime members. Members accept this risk as part of their voluntary contribution.
Operator Succession. In the event of the death or permanent incapacitation of the platform operator, Jason Myers, the platform and its assets may be transferred to a designated successor, family member, or estate, who may choose to continue, modify, or discontinue operations at their sole discretion. Lifetime membership status does not create any contractual obligation on the part of any successor party.
Acknowledgment. By contributing and activating your membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Your contribution is a voluntary act of support for this community and its mission — not a purchase of a guaranteed perpetual service.

You retain ownership of content you upload (Studio media, community posts, listings). You grant us a license to host, display, and process it to operate the platform. You warrant that you have the rights to post it and that it doesn't infringe others' rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
You won't use the platform to harass others, post unlawful or infringing material, make medical claims, spam, scrape data, or circumvent platform fees. See our Site Rules for the full community guidelines.
Payments are processed by our payment provider (Base44 Payments / Wix). We don't store your full card details. Membership contributions are final and non-refundable as set out in Section 5. Refunds on marketplace orders, where applicable, are handled at our discretion in line with the provider's policies.
The platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outcomes resulting from your use of frequency or wellness content.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
